Order your repeat medication

You can order your repeat medicines in a  number of ways.

1. Use the NHS app or the Patient Access app to easily and quickly order your medicines directly with your surgery

2. Call us on 020 8788 2431 to order your medicines

​

3. Email us on pharmacy.fm656@nhs.net

​

Please note it takes up to 3 working days for most surgeries to send new prescriptions upon request.
