Repeat Prescriptions
You can order your repeat medicines in a number of ways.

1. Use the NHS app or the Patient Access app to easily and quickly order your medicines directly with your surgery. This is the preferred method of ordering for Surgeries and Pharmacies nationally.

2. Call us on 020 8788 2431 to order your medicines.
​
3. Pop into our pharmacy or your surgery to request in person.
​
4. Use the form below to request your medication.

Please note it takes up to 3 working days for most surgeries to send new prescriptions.
